<p>Building energy management systems (BEMS) are critical tools for managing and controlling a facility's technical services, such as lighting, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, to ensure that the building operates at peak efficiency while decreasing waste. The Mabini Building De La Salle Lipa has nearly hundred rooms, 70 of which used by college students lecture laboratory classes. From 7:30 a.m. 9:00 p.m., these rooms available. In daily class schedule, conditioning units lights an average 10 hours per day, fans power outlets 5 hours. Even when no classes being held, aforementioned equipment is frequently left open in rooms. researchers created constructed IoT-based monitoring system monitor control room. will also record number kilowatt-hours (kWh) consumed. employs NodeMCU, current, voltage sensors, Raspberry Pi 3, school's existing network send receive data from server. administrator use collected give consumption statistics reduce carbon footprint.</p>
